“Double Vision: Perspectives from Palestine,” is an exhibition of photographs, video and written narratives, providing a provocative picture of life in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem from the perspectives of Palestinian youths and artist Todd Drake. In May 2013, with funding from the Fulbright-hays Foundation, Drake led photography & story-telling workshops in the West Bank to help empower Palestinian youth in telling more nuanced stories of their daily lives. Come hear Drake speak about his experiences & enjoy refreshments and conversation in this event co-sponsored by Guilford College Art Gallery, and the departments of Religious Studies, Peace & Conflict Studies, and the Friends Center at Guilford College.
